What to include in your message

To help us understand and address your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please consider including:

  • A clear description of what you experienced or what you expected to happen

The more context you provide, the faster we can investigate and respond.

Try a reproducible example

For layout or export problems, try the bundled sample photos first. Tell us which template or layout you opened, which canvas ratio you selected and what happened when you downloaded. Include the exact error message when one appears, but remove personal information.

Keep your original files and download any work you need before refreshing the page. Support cannot recover a closed editing session because the site does not receive or store the photos in that session.

Feature requests and ideas

We genuinely value suggestions from the people who use Photo To Collage. If there is a layout, export option, editing feature, or workflow improvement you would like to see, we want to hear about it. User feedback directly shapes our development priorities.

Please do not send your personal photos via email for editing assistance. Photo To Collage is designed to process photos entirely within your browser — your images never need to leave your device. If you are experiencing an issue with specific photos, describing the problem (e.g., file format, approximate dimensions, error message) is usually sufficient for us to help.
